Other Information About Activities:

Bicycle helmets are required for everyone participating on group rides. It is common in Colorado to start a ride out in the sunshine and later be met with a shower and sudden drop in temperature. Bring a windbreaker, gloves and cap for under your helmet. Dress in layers. A rain jacket is always a good idea. Also, bring snacks and water. Your bicycle should be in good repair. Tire punctures from thorns are a real problem in this area. Check with your local bike shop about making your tires thorn resistant. Remember to wear sun screen.
